The HRDI will support the university in areas to help develop the students as well as staff to become better learners and better performers in the market.
 

The Institute will provide a regular program of courses and events, details of which will be circulated once a year to every member of staff and also advertised through our frequently updated Web pages. The courses are designed to meet the need for both information and skills development and are informal and participative in style. The Institute also apply for research funds to enable staff to allow them to attend appropriate external courses/research/seminars, within the guidelines laid down in the staff development and training policy.
