HRD Institute will have the following persons initially:

Executive Director/CEO: This position will be occupied by a person who has a long standing experience of student and teacher development. This person will have a proven track record of such development with over 7 years of experience in this line.

Under the Executive Director, directors/assistant directors supporting HR & Admin, Training, Research & Development and Software would be appointed as and when needed. Positions below would also be appointed as and when necessary.

Director- Training- Qualifications, Job Descriptions and Accountability:

Function: The HRDI Training Division would design, oversee and implement the special training needs of both DIU students, teachers, those of Daffodil Group and external clients. It would also look after the marketing of these courses and other marketing functions as required. The process for determining training requirements, and effecting their implementation in a prioritized manner and within available budgets, as specified by the University & Daffodil Group

Areas of Training:
In addition to courses for the life skills development of students, the IT certification courses would also be looked after by the Training Division.

Director- Research & Development- Qualifications, Job Descriptions and Accountability:

Areas / Functions
The R&D Division will look for industry and development research opportunities as well as get students and staff involved in solutions for development and industry. The R&D Division will arrange and coordinate student projects, internships and placements. It will network with industry persons through seminars and workshops. It will also apply for research grants to support research work of the university.
Director- Software- Qualifications, Job Descriptions and Accountability:
Division will develop software systems for our internal purpose as well as for the external organizations. This will include website management as well as other software products as per market need.
