In 2022, the department have signed MoA with a foreign university and local textile industry. MoA have been signed with Purbani Group and School of Fashion, Wuhan Textile University (WTU), China

A renowned leader with 23 years of experience in various industries, including Apparel, Porcelain, Food Processing, Finance, and aviation,  conducted the session.

A seminar titled “Supply Chain Management in Textile Industry” was held in International Conference Hall on 09.11.22 from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. Mr. A.H. M Habibur Rahman, Director-Paramount Group was the chief guest of this Program

The orientation program for the newly enrolled undergraduate students of Fall -2022 semester of the Department of Textile Engineering (TE) of Daffodil International University (DIU) was held at International Conference Room .

A team of Bangladesh Apparel Exchange (BAE) has visited us 20th August, 2022 to motivate the students of our Dept. to participate in the competition in the "Product Development" and "Process Development" category
