Position: Customer Service Representative

Educational Qualification: Must be graduate from Daffodil International University. 

Job Description / Responsibilities: 

  • Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction.
 Job Requirements: 
  • Age 21 to 32 years
  • Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good oral communication skill.
  • Good listening skill.
  • Analytical skill.
  • Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
Experience Requirements: No preference
Job Nature: Full-time

Salary Range: Negotiable
