(For Hall Seat Renewal for Semester Spring-2024)
It is hereby notified to all residents of YKSG-1 who are staying in the residential halls that the Seat Renewal process for the Spring 2024 semester will be conducted according to the following schedule. The respective Hall Officers will assist students in the renewal process. "Completing the seat renewal is essential for students to gain access to the residential hall facilities and confirm their continuation of the seat. Please make sure to adhere to the schedule provided and cooperate with your respective officers to ensure a smooth renewal process.
