NOTICE for the Registration of the Spring 2026 Semester

It is hereby notified to all the students of the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering that their course registration for the Spring 2026 semester will be held according to the following schedule. The course advisor will help the students in the registration process. Without the course registration, students will not be allowed in the class, and their name and ID will not be recorded in the attendance register.

Registration Date: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th January 2026.

Time: 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm – 3:45pm

Contact your respective batch advisor for completing your course registration.

Retake subjects have to be registered in the Retake Section (if it is available).

Old Syllabus students are asked to register in the Old Syllabus Course’s section (if it is available).

Steps to be followed:

1.      All the students are suggested to confirm the Registration Clearance green tick in the student portal by paying the 1st installment money to the DIU accounts section. A detailed schedule of collection has already been mailed to you and posted on the Online Notice Board.

2.      Students are also suggested to clear all the previous dues before the date of the registration.

3.      Students are advised to follow the motto of First Come, First Section” to confirm their course registration.

4.      It is to be mentioned that retake sections are opened for all regularly offered courses to ensure proper balancing of section sizes. However, in cases where the number of students is insufficient, the Retake section is merged with that regular section.

5.      Students must follow their respective syllabus/course structure (course code/title), which is available on the department notice board/online notice board/Dept. Facebook page and Digital Notice Board.

Classes for the Spring 2026 semester will start on the 10th of January, 2026.

No Add/Drop will be allowed after the last date of registration.

Retake subjects should be registered in the Retake Section (if it is available).
