CDC delivers an Employability-360° model that integrates industry-aligned skills training, internships, AI-enabled guidance, and 250+ corporate connections—facilitating 1,000+ placements (including 300+ full-time, 150+ part-time, and 200+ internships) between 2023–2025, alongside 200+ on-campus recruitment programs and 2,500+ annual job vacancies.

Entrepreneurship, Startups & Incubation

DIU has built a dynamic startup and incubation ecosystem where 2,561 students (2015–2025) gained practical entrepreneurship learning through Startup Markets and incubation initiatives, alongside the Learn and Earn Project benefiting 240 students through income-generating work-study opportunities.

Student & Guardian Life Insurance Support

Since 2019, Daffodil International University has pioneered Bangladesh’s first higher-education group life insurance program for both students and guardians, providing over BDT 150 million in claims support to 504 families in partnership with Pragati Life Insurance and Prime Islami Life Insurance.
