The students of Phase II (Fall 2020), Department of MCT are suggested to maintain the following schedule for their Final Defense. The students are requested to submit your partial transcript (confirmation of 141 credits completion) to the department office before 10 October, 2020.

To attend the Final Defense you are asked to follow Guide Line stated below:

Taking the clearance from (Form Attached here) the DIU Account’s Section & submit Account Clearance Form (photocopy) before attending the final defense. Without this no student is allowed to attend the final defense.
For Plagiarism check:-Email your report’s final copy (To: projectreport@diu.edu.bd & Keep your project supervisor on CC).
If the plagiarism report is up to the mark (<40%) then print it out and spiral bind the report.
Before plagiarism check this is mandatory to meet your respective project supervisor.
Take 3 Copies Approval Page (page no : ii) color Print for the signature of the Supervisor, Internal Members and External members
