Practical classes are regularly held for three courses: General Biochemistry Practical, Agricultural Chemistry Practical, and Soil Science Practical. This facility provides students with hands-on experience, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, thereby enhancing their understanding of these subjects.

It is a well-furnished lab, where we have different types of Glassware, Chemicals and Machineries. Practical classes of three courses are usually taken here. The name of those courses are Plant Pathology Practical, Farm Power and Machinery Practical and Agricultural Extension Practical.

Short Description
This state-of-the-art lab specializes in molecular science, bridging the microscopic world of plant and soil biology with broader challenges of modern agriculture by leveraging advanced technologies such as DNA sequencing, CRISPR gene editing, proteomics and bioinformatics, researchers here uncover and manipulate the genetic foundations of crop traits like drought tolerance, disease resistance and nutritional quality. The lab also explores soil microbiomes to enhance soil health and productivity, laying the groundwork for a more sustainable, resilient food system.
