We are thrilled to announce the signing of a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗠𝗼𝗨) between the Department of Information Technology & Management, DIU and 𝐂𝐢𝐒 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐭𝐝. This partnership marks a significant step forward in creating unparalleled opportunities for our students and fostering innovation.

𝗜𝗧𝗠 𝟯𝟭𝟲 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗜𝗨 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿

As part of the "𝐈𝐓𝐌 𝟑𝟏𝟔 - 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐛"course, Abdullah Raian , Lecturer of ITM, organized a hands-on session for 6th batch students. The session took place at the state-of-the-art DIU Data Center in Knowledge Tower, Daffodil Smart City.

Students explored the setup and operations of the data center, gaining practical knowledge about network equipment such as switches, hubs, routers, access points, servers, gateways, etc. The dedicated data center team provided comprehensive assistance, conducted live demonstrations of the equipment, and offered a guided tour of the facility. This engaging experience allowed students to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, enhancing their understanding of network communication and infrastructure.
