Under the guidance of Mr. Nafees Imran, our instructor for Legal Environment in Business, Student had an engaging and practical learning opportunity. The ITM department organized a simulated court case hearing, enabling students to gain hands-on experience and put knowledge into practice.
Participants diligently prepared for the case, confidently representing both the plaintiff and the defendant. The atmosphere in the courtroom was filled with excitement as passionately discussed the facts and intricacies of the case. Each participant displayed their legal expertise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of how the legal system applies to the business world.
This simulation exemplified the ITM department's dedication to a well-rounded education. By offering practical experiences, they bridged the gap between theory and real-world application, equipping students with the essential skills to tackle legal challenges in the business domain.
