BSHRM members pay a minimum registration fee of Taka 100 per year for access to DIU’s e-library.
2. Collaborative Course Development:
DIU collaborates in developing HR-related short courses such as EHRM (Electronic Human Resource Management) and ESA (Electronic Skills Audit).
3. Shared Profit & Loss:
DIU shares 50/50 profit and loss with BSHRM on jointly organized training courses, after deducting variable costs.
4. Digital Materials Support:
DIU will upload electronic versions of training modules, books, and journals for BSHRM members as needed.
5. Venue & Training Support:
DIU provides venues and training rooms as mutually agreed.
6. Promotion:
Partnership information, including BSHRM logo and link, will be displayed on the DIU website.

HY TECH JOBS will try to provide job placement opportunities for DIU graduates, helping DIU students enter the job market.
2. Academic Collaboration:
Exchange of academic staff for short-term assignments to enhance expertise and knowledge for DIU staff and students.
3. Outsourcing Opportunities:
DIU may offer outsourcing facilities to HY TECH JOBS as requested, potentially generating income and practical experience.
4. Study Program Facilitation:
Support for DIU students to complete relevant study programs either online or on-campus in collaboration with HY TECH JOBS.
5. Resource Sharing:
Access to HY TECH JOBS’ library databases, journals, and online resources for DIU staff and students, enhancing academic and research resources.

1. Priority Internship Placement – DIU students will get priority for 3-month internships in Admin, IT, and other areas (monthly allowance as per Digicon policy, CGPA ≥ 3.00).
2. Job Placement Opportunities – Digicon will give priority to DIU students when recruiting for different positions (matching job specifications).
3. Hiring Communication – Digicon will share selected candidate lists for various positions.
