General Student
Students having a minimum 2.5 GPA both in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) 12 class passed equivalent from Science with a minimum C grade in Physics, Mathematics and English may apply for admission.
For Diploma Holder:
Students having a minimum 2.5 GPA both in SSC (Science) and Diploma from Computer Technology may apply for admission.
English Medium Student
Students completing five O-level subjects and at least two A-level subjects may apply. Out of these 7 subjects, applicants must have a minimum 4 "B" grades & 3 "C" grades. The applicants must have Physics and Mathematics both at O-level and A-level.
General Student
Students having a minimum 2.5 GPA both in SSC and HSC from Science with Physics, Mathematics.
And Completion of B. Sc degree with a strong background in Physics and Mathematics from a university or an accredited institution of higher education. The applicant must have a CGPA of 2.5 or above (on a scale of 4.0), or at least a second class in the B. Sc in CSE, CIS, CS, CSIT, BIT, EEE, ETE, SWE degree.
English Medium Student

General Student
The requirements for admission in M.Sc. in Cyber Security:
1) Completion of the B.Sc degree from Science with a strong background in Physics and Mathematics from a university or an accredited institution of higher education.
2) The applicant must have the CGPA of 2.5 or above (in a scale of 4.0), or at least second class in the bachelor's degree
3) The applicant must have completed the enlisted prerequisite courses or their equivalent.
4) Applicant, not completing the enlisted prerequisite courses, will be admitted on condition that she/he completes these courses in one or two semesters.
Evaluation of applicants for admission is based primarily on the student's academic record in relevant undergraduate coursework. Applicants are expected to have sufficient knowledge in undergraduate level mathematics and be familiar with common software packages.
Course Requirements:
The degree requirements for Masters program in Cyber Security for students with four-year degree in CS/CSE or equivalent subject are 40 credits. The program is either thesis based or project based. The project is of 6 credits and the thesis is of 18 credits. Students from academic discipline, other than CS/CSE or equivalent will be required to complete a maximum of 20 credit hours prerequisite courses in addition to the 40 credit hours mentioned above. Total 60 credits need to complete for other than CS/CSE. However substantial real-life work experience in the ICT sector may be considered to waive some prerequisite courses.
