Apart from our halls of residence, a large portion of the students live in the surrounding areas of the university. Considering the facilities and discipline of the resident students, we occasionally consult with the house owners in the area. The types of problems we get from homeowners and students are given below.
From the house owner's side:
1. Leaving without paying rent.
2. Taking drugs and making noise.
3. Damage to the house.
4. Not maintaining order.
5. Misbehaving with house owners.
From the Student Side:
1. High rent compared to room and amenities.
2. Bad behavior of house owners
